2. The device is cassette type (backup roll + intermediate roll + working roll).
3. Entry side pinch roll, exit side pinch roll and working rolls are driven by AC motor synchronously.

The Working rolls are pressed down by frequency change motor.
The amount of pressing down can be displayed digitally (precision 0.01mm, displayed by touch screen as well as digital gauge on the flattener).
The elevating of the upper frame of the leveler can be switched between fast speed and slow speed (automatic switch), to ensure the positioning precision when the working roll pressing down and the convenience in maintenance.

Levler for 2150mm wide, 0.3~3.5mm thk , Steel and Aluminum (White color).
